Sumosan brings its signature sushi and contemporary Japanese dishes to Courchevel, unveiling its first Alpine outpost at Six Senses Residences Courchevel in the heart of Courchevel 1850. Diverging from the traditional fondue and raclette offerings, the restaurant and bar offer a refreshing and innovative alternative.
The menu showcases Sumosan’s iconic favorites, now presented against the backdrop of snowy slopes. Guests can indulge in delights such as tuna and truffle rolls, Japanese salmon rice pizza, grilled sea bass with citrus ginger sauce, and Furikake-crusted rack of lamb with mustard sauce. The culinary experience includes innovative and exclusive dishes like black caviar rice pizza and torched sushi creations—such as squid infused with calamari ink powder and unagi served with unagi cotton candy sauce. The element of excitement is enhanced through table-side torching, demonstrating that the enjoyment extends beyond the ski slopes.
